According to an old tradition, the chapel of Saint George was built in the 10th century. It is situated eastern of the village. Unfortunately, the earthquakes and the time have caused its collapse and today there are only the remnants of this old chapel. It was built in a parcel that once belonged to the Church and it was sold in order to raise money for the construction of the church of Agios Theodoros. The new owners of the chapel have put a small iconostasis with an icon of Saint George and a vigil oil lamp. The feast day of the Saint is on 23 April when there is a celebrating mass in the church of Agios Theodoros and later on a procession of the icon of Saint George.
